Capitol City Loop Lead Is at Stake.

The Capitol City League has the honor this week-end

of offering the chief game on|

the sandlot baseball front.

This contest will pair the] co-leaders, Sacks Auto Parts]

and Garfield A. C. tomorrow afternoon at Riverside diamond No. 1. Both teams have made a runaway of the Capitol City League, each boasting of a record of 12 victories and one defeat, while no other team in the circuit is within hailing distance.

General Exterminating had its chance last week in the Municipal League but muffed it in dropping a 12-2 decision to Prospect Tavern. If the Exterminators are to go back into a tie for the lead they will have to whip Fireside Tavern tomorrow while the Prospect club is taking it on the nose from Indiana Fur. Such is possible but not probable.

The complete week-end schedule:

TODAY MANUFACTURERS LEAGUE ne R. Mallory vs. Lilly Varnish at Riverde 7. U. S. Tires vs. Link-Belt at Riverside 4. E. C. Atkins vs. Schwitzer-Cummins at Riverside 3. INDUSTRIAL LEAGUE Richardson Rubber vs, Falls City Brus at Riverside 1, Basos vs. Pure Oil at Garfield Solitaire vs. Polk’s Milk at a stile 1.
