Campaign of ‘Terrorism’ Against C. |. 0. at Three Plants Claimed.
WASHINGTON, Jul 12 (U.P) The National Laber Relations Board charged today that the Weirton Steel Co. “flagrantly” violated the Wagner Labor Relations Aet by conducting a campaign of “terrorism” against the C. 1. O. at its three iplants in West Virginia and Ohio.
| The Board's charges, contained in a proposed order, climaxes six vears of litigation between the company and the Government over Weirton labor policies. The first case dates back to the davs of the NRA in 1934, The Board announced that it proposed to order the company to disestablish alleged company-domin-ated unions, cease showing favoritism to any labor union, and provide financial and job restitution to emplovees adversely affected by the “terrorism” campaign which the Board said was designed to defeat CIO organizing activities The company, headed by Ernest T. Weir, outspoken critic of President Roosevelt and New Deal labor policies, and chairman of the Republican Party's finance committee, has 20 davs to request oral argu-
