P.).—Hundreds _ Of soldiers were detailed to guard the British Embassy and consulate general today when 10,000 Italians participated in ceremonies signifying approval of the Maltese Nationatist movement. = Italy's pre-belligerency campaign had swung to emphasize the British Mediterranean island of Malta. Ceremonies‘ were held in memory _ of Maltese who died during the Maltese rebellion against - the British _of June, 1919. !
