Four additional detours were added this week on Hoosier highways, T. A. Dicus, State Highway Commission chairman, said today. The construction program during the week also resulted in the lifting

of a detour on Road 221, west and north of Lancaster, and in changes being made in detours affecting Roads 3, 24, and 60. month. Only two months within the past year have exceeded this figure. In December 63 first papers were filled out and last May there were 43. The lowest months were August and September. In each, only three first papers were filled out.
