NEW YORK, April 10 (U.P) — Marine - underwriters today announced a general advance in war risk -insurance rates on shipments between the United States and Sandinavian ports.
At the same time, the insurance houses stated that hereafter there {will be no distinction made between neutral and belligerent. vessels in applying the new rates. Effective immediately cargoes ta and from Norwegian ports south of Bergen and Swedish ports not beyong: Malmo will be covered against war risk at the rate of 10 per cent, compared with the former 3 per: cent charge.
