CHICAGO, April 3 (U. P)— Wheat, futures recovered losses of 5 to 7% cent sustained shortly after the opening on the Chicago Board of Trade today. Other grains moved irregularly. At the close of the first hour wheat was unchanged to 4 cent lower, May $1.04% a bushel. Corn .was unchanged to & cent higher, oats off % to up % cent and rye off 3% to up 1% cent. Soy beans were 2 to 1 cent lower.
