If the warm weather continues, this week-end is the time to clean up scale insects on your shrubs, fruit or ornamental trees with a dormant oil spray. It isn’t safe to spray when the

Avoid getting dormant oil sprays on evergreens, especially the broadleaf types such as rhododendron. When they are near other plants you are spraying, either cover them or wet [them with water before spraying to keep the spray from sticking. Afterward, wash off all collected material. Some [trees are very sensitive to oil spray and it should be used on

STORAGE SPACE IS NECESSITY IN HOME
Storage space is an absolute necessity in a house, no matter what its size. Closets in bedrooms and a single closet in the hall for linen storage are not enough, either in an apartment or a house. The average family must store, in addition to clothing and linens, such things as trunks, luggage, old toys, tennis rackets, golf clubs, odd pieces of furniture, extra china, winter clothes, utensils, tools and other items.
