RISE IN AUTOMOTIVE EXPORTS REPORTED

WASHINGTON, March 27 (U.P.). —Ezxports of automotive products during February rose to $25;093,068, a 2.5 per cent increase over the figure for January, the Commerce Department reported today.

Exports of passenger cars decreased from a high of $7,812,328] during January to $6,135,741 last] month. The decline was more than|| balanced by a “substantial increase” in purchases of heavy duty trucks which rose from $6,211,018 in January to 35900 in February.
