Dr. Dillon, who was born in Dublin, Ireland, in 1900, and came to the United States in 1937 to teach at Wisconsin, will speak on “Recent Political and Cultural Developments in Ireland.” : His father, John Dillon, was a ‘eader in Irish affairs for 40 years and a lieutenant of Parnell, famous Irish political leader. The speaker studied in the National University in Dublin and also at the Universities of Berlin, Heidelberg and Paris. For 10 years he was a member of the National University faculty. C. S. Sweeney, insurance man. will preside and conduct a question and answer period after the lecture. The Very Rev. Henry F. Dugan, chancellor of the Indianapolis Catholic Diocese, is forum director.
ONE DAY OF FREEDOM ENDED FOR 2 LIFERS
Times Special MICHIGAN CITY, Ind., March 15. —Two Indianapolis murderers were
tin-their State Prison cells again today after 24 hours of fugitive free-
dom. LeRoy Moss, 37, and Eddie Perry, 42, serving life sentences for murder, walked away from the prison Wednesday, after reporting present in the pre-dinner checkup. They weré captured without resistance by State Police last night six miles south of Michigan City. An unidentified motorist notified police he had picked up two men at Michigan City and taken them to Waterford. One of the men had $50 when captured, but did not explain where he got it. They were trusties, quartered in a dormitory outside the prison walls.

WASHINGTON, March 15 (U. P.). —Paul V. McNutt, Federal Security Administrator, today appointed Dr. Muriel W. Brown, Tulsa, Okla., to the newly-created post of consultant in family life education in the U. S. Office of Education. She will assist the states in developing home education programs.

Treanor Expected to Be One Of Magistrates in Coal Hearing.
A three-judge Federal Court is expected to sit here next week when the Winslow Coal Corp. will seek a temporary injunction against the enforcement of the National Bifuminous Coal Act. ) The enlarged court is used when an injunction is sought against the application of a Federal law. The two judges from the Seventh Circuit Court who will join Judge Robert C. Baltzell of the Federal District Court here in hearing the case, will be assigned by Judge Evan A. Evans, Chicago, presiding judge of the circuit. It is expected that Judge Walter
