BUCK INDICATES HE’S. NO ‘JOHN DILLINGER’
PHOENIX, Ariz., Feb. 23 (U. P)). —Gene Buck, president of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, today appears before a justice-of the peace for -heéaring on a Montana fugitive ‘warrant charging attempted extor- . tion and two misdemeanors. He was arrested yesterday on a warrant from Edward T. Dussault, Missoula County Montana, attorney, and released in $10,000 bond. Mr. Dussault goes to Helena, Mont., today to ask Governor Roy E.
