SOCIETY— o Anne Ayres Becomes Bride: of Dr. Frederic W. Taylor Today
Miss Anne Ayres, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederic Murray Ayres, and Dr. Frederic W. Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Mode Taylor, will be married at 4 o'clock this afternoon in one of the most socially prominent weddings of the season. The ceremony will be performed at the Ayres’ home on Sunset Lane in the pres-
ence of the immediate families. : Dr. F. S. C. Wicks will officiate at the single-ring service before a picture window at the far end of the living room overlooking the garden. A garland of white hyacinths, freesias and white lilacs wiil form a frame and extend down each side, A scroll screen which stands in front the window will be decorated with coffee foliage, white hyacinths dnd tulips. Five cathedral tapers will be fastened to each side of the screen.

He is a member of the Dramatic Club and the Players Club.
Author to Be Honored at Civic Theater
Dr. Herman B Wells, Indiana University president, and Robert E. Founders’ Day programs and talks have been arranged for most of the local Parent - Teacher Association meetings next week. Several musical programs and teas have been planned in honor of new members.
