Spinach Mousse Ring 3 cups cooked spinach 8 eggs, well beaten 1 cup medium white sauce Salt and pepper 5 Chop spinach very fine, combine spinach and sauce, whip in beat-~-en eggs and season to taste. Pour into greased ring mold set in pan of hot water and bake in moderately hot oven (375 degrees-F.) about 30 minutes or until firm. Turn out onto hot Chopsplate or platter and = fll with any desired creamed mixture,
