U. S. COURT RECALLS ITS HOLT MANDATE
The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals at Chicago has recalled a mandate ordering that the sentence of Olin R. Holt, former Ko-
Holt, who was convicted here last May and sentenced to 15 months'in prison and fined $5000 on charges defrauding the Government by diverting WPA labor to private use, filed a certified copy of the recall in Federal Court here yesterday. He said that this clears the way for taking his case to the U. S. Supreme Court. His conviction was upheld by the Appeals Court last Nov. 29 and a rehearing was denied Jan. 14,
