LAFAYETTE, Ind, Jan. 22.— Purdue University will act as host for the annual Indiana High School Athletic Association- swimming meet to be held here on Saturday, Feb. 24, it was announced today by Dick Papenguth, the Boilermakers’ new swimming coach. The meet will -be staged in Purdue’s new Olympic size swimming pool, which has siz seven-foot lanes for competition. Central of South Bend, the defending champion, and Hammond and Horace Mann of Gary, which finished second and third in last year’s meet, respectively, are again expected to be strong contenders for titular: honors.
