A request to increase night-time power of radio station WFBM from

NEW YORK, Jan. 3.—American economists have been meeting in Philadelphia to air their views on economic problems. They have been listening to many who are not economists. . One such speaker was Chairman Jerome Frank of the Securities and Exchahge Commission.
