‘Adams Declares Dividend

Directors of J. D. Adams Manufacturing Co. declared the regular dividend of 15 cents per share on

the common capital stock at a special meeting held yesterday at the company headquarters here. The dividend, payable Feb. 1, 1940, is made to stockholders of record at the close of business Jan. 15, 1940, W. W. White, secretary-treasurer, said.

Build 250 Houses

A total of 250 houses valued at $2,250,000 were built by 22 members of the Indianapolis Home Builders’ Association this year, A. H. M. Graves said today. During the association's dinner last night at the Hoosier Athletic Club, J. Arthur Rentsch, president, outlined plans for affiliating the local association with a national one.
