Britain and Fra will co-operate with the Committee in decreeing compulsory military | service for all ‘Czechoslovaks in their countries. Most particularly the Committee | seeks to mobilize Czechs and Slovaks in Canada and Australia. Czech volunteers are to be accepted for Legion service from the neutral United States.

WAY IS CLEARED FOR AIRPORT ROAD WORK

The Works Board today granted « R right-of-way at Municipal Airport for the reconstruction of High Schodl Rd. from Washington St. to the airport entrance. The road will be resurfaced and widened and a new grade separation will be constructed over the Pennsvivania Railroad tracks, elimnating the present hairpin turn and the old narrow wooden bridge that have been the butt of much criticism as traffic hazards B.D.
