PITTSBURGH, Dec. 19 (U. P). —A haircut was the Christmas present Patsy Rusch gave to 125 children on the North Side. Rusch, a barber, a couple of weeks ago noticed a number of children who needed haircuts, “So

for Christmas.” He placed a sign in the window of his barber shop: “Free haircuts to needy children-Sunday, Dee. 1%.” . For five hours yesterday, he and two other barbers worked steadily clipping the hair of 125 children. Included was one family of eight, not one of whom had ever had a “barbershop haircut” before.
