NAZI LEAFLETS BOMBARD’ CITY
Literature Charges Britain With Plot to Bomb Reich.
Indianapolis again has been “bombarded” with what appears to be German" propaganda directed at Great Britain. This time the literature was received through the mail by Indianapalis advertising firms. The envelopes containing the propaganda were postmarked in Getmany. Entitled “Bombardment of Germany Planned by Great Britain as Early as 1936,” the literature contaias a purported map of a German industrial area which the literature claims was seized from a British air ‘pilot whose plane was shot down recently behind German lines.

CAA NON-COLLEGE PROGRAM OUTLINED
WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 (U, P.).— The Civil Aeronautics Authority to-
day announced plans to train 700 M'CUNE—Cynthia A,
non-college citizens as pilots in a program similar to the one provided for 10,000 college and university students, The CAA said that the four-mil-lion-dollar Civilian Training Act passed by the last Congress required that 5 per cent of those given flying instructions be “non-collége students.” The program announced today, it said, will accommodate 7 per cent, Elude South Bend and Marion, Ind.

Times Special FT. WAYNE, Ind, Dec. 7.—Trial of the suit brought by 19 Allen County grocers, attacking the validity of the Indiana Gross Income! Tax Law, will be started in Superior Court here Jan. 8. Judge Edward W. Meyers ordered the grocers to post $16,000 bonds while the case is pending. He recently issued a temporary order restraining the sheriff from making collections on delinquent tax pending the outcome of the case.
