pistols and revolvers. 3 About 53 per cent of the wounds are self-inflicted, 45 per cent occur in open fields, 25 per cent in brush; 13 per cent in dense woods and the balance in open woods, conveyances and on the highways. Sixty-two per cent of the number of persons killed are over 21 years of age. Those reported killed in Indiana so far this year were of the following ages: 16, 83,-22, 60 and 20.
