Couple Wed at St.*Philip Neri

Miss Maxine Aton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Aton, and Bernard D. Hines, exchanged marriage vows this morning at 9 o'clock in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church before the Rev. Fr. Bernard Gerdon. The bridegroom is the son of Mr, and Mrs. Michael A. Hines, 1115 Laurel St. The Rev. Fr. Gerdon officiated at the nuptial high mass after the ceremony. Miss Helen Brooks was organist. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She was gowned in slipper satin fashioned with a bustle back and a sweetheart neckline. The full skirt of the gown fell" into a train at the back and her finger tip veil was caught into a Juliet cap of seed pearls. Her bridal bouquet was of white roses.

Sister Is Maid of Honor

Miss Joan Aton was her sister's maid of honor. She wore a dress of peacock blue taffeta styled similarly to that of the bride with a bustle back. She wore a bow with: streamers to the shoulder and carried an arm bouquet of dusty rose chrysanthemums. ‘Bridesmaids were Miss Anna Marie Hines, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Juanita Kirshner, who wore dusty rose taffeta in the same style as the maid of honor. They carried arm bouquets. Thomas Hines was his brother's hest nan. Donald Aton, brother of the bride, and Ira Lee were ushers.

Parents Serve Breakfast.

A breakfast was served after the ceremony at the home of the bridels parents, 622 N. Tacoma Ave. A reception will be held later. Among out-of-town - guests were Robert: Hines, West Virginia, and Mr. and: Mrs. Arthur Whetsel, Anderson. The couple will live in the George ia Apartments, 710 E. Georgia St,
