at the single-ring service. ; The bride, who was given in marwore her mother’s wedding gown of white satin made on princess lines with rosepoint lace trimming in a yoke and side panel, a round neckline outlined in seed pearls, short puffed sleeves and a long train. Her long veil of illusion was drawn into a tiny cap with a pleated halo efiect of tulle and a tiny circlet of orange blossoms. She wore long white gloves and carried a loosely arranged round bouquet of ‘white bouvardia, gardenias and two lavendar orchids.

Miss Dorothy Bell, her maid of honor, wore a gown of sacha rose brocaded taffeta with a tiny blue figure throughout made With short puffed sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, bouffant skirt and fitted bodice. Her slippers and long sleeves matched the dress and she wore a’ blue velvet bow in her hair. She carried a blue satin muff covered with pink bouvardia, sweetheart roses and shredded light pink carnations. Her only ornament was a triple strand of pearls, gift from the bride. Stuart Pollock, Warren, O., the bridegroom’s brother, was best man. Ushers include Milton B. Pollock, Kenmore, N. Y., another brother of the bridegroom; John VanHorn, the bride’s brother; Charles McDowell, Lafayette, and Henry MacKinnon, Flint, Mich. / A reception was held at the Columbia Club following the ceremony.

Art Students’ ‘Show Opens at Block's Today
Ethelwin Miller to Lecture On ‘Who Is an Artist’ At Preview Tea.
Miss Ethelwin Miller, former head of teachers’ training at John Herron Art Institute, will talk at the preview tea from 2:30-5 p. m. today of the third annual exhibit of the Indiana Art Students’ League in Block’s auditorium. The exhibit will be held this week and next. Mrs. Charlotte Sidman, league first vice president, and acting president - during: the absence of Mrs. Stella Coler, avill preside. Miss Miller will lecture on “Who Is an Artist?” William F, Kaeser, prominent Indiana artist, will demonstrate the painting of a landscape and Mrs. Dorothy Knight Green, Miss Natalie Ratliff and Miss Mary Margery Snead will give a musical program. The Art Student's League was organized several years ago to exhibit pictures by its members. Under the direction of Mr. Kaeser and Renolds Selfridge, the group presents its own exhibition each year.
