P.). | —Norman Emery, 32-year-old carpenter, today had been sentenced to Ito 10 years in state prison upon his ples of guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal shooting of Leonard Bryson. Emery told Judge Charles E. Stith that Bryson, 56, a cigar store clerk, was’ shot accidentally and that he had no grievance against him and did not intend to shapt him. Emery said he had been drinking heavily, fumbled with his revolver and it discharged.
