§ Tudor Hall alumnae will resume their Christmas ~ holiday dances this year with a ball Friday evening, ~ Dec. 29, at the Woodstock Club. . Membership Luncheon Planned By Auxiliary of Robison Post
A membership luncheon, rummage sale and several program meetings are being planned by members of the Auxiliary to the BRUCE P. ROBISON POST OF THE AMERICAN LEGION, Mrs. Vernon Scott, 1127 N. DeQuincy St., will be hostess for a covered dish membership luncheon at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, Nov, 21. Mrs. Fred M. Wolf and Mrs. Frank Collman will be in charge.
Mrs. Collman, chairman of the ways and mgans committee, will be assisted by her committee with arrangements for the rummage sale Monday and Tuesday at 1658 Northwestern Ave.

Anderson, prii.cipal of Technical High School, discussed the educational program of the schools and Americanism work done by the Legion. The Technical high School band played. Members of the Junior Auxiliary and Sons of the Legion will present a large American flag to the Wheeler City Rescue Mission at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the mission chapel. A processional including three color guards and the Junior Auxiliary Glee Club will be held pefore the presentation. Edward Schaub will give the call to colors and Robert Allen, captain of the Sons of the Legion, will make the presentation. The Rev. Herbert E. Eberhardt will accept the flag. The INDIANAPOLIS ALUMNAE OF ZETA TAU ALPHA will sponsor a benefit bridge party Thursday evening at the Woman's Department Club. Proceeds will go to the sorority fund for the maintenance of a health center in a mountain settlement near Marion, Va., not far from the seminary at Farmville, Va. where the sorority was founded. Miss Elizabeth Campbell will sing the “Shadow Song” from “Dinorah” and Miss Laut, pianist, will play Brahm’s Intermezzo in E Minor and Rhapsody in G Minor and Debussy’s “Gardens in the Rain.” Miss Leafgreen, Franklin, will sing “To a Messenger,” by LaForge, and an aria from the “Marriage of Figaro,” by Puccini. Miss Lewis, harpist, will play “Saraband,” by Couperin; “The Girl With the Flaxen Hair,” by Debussy, and two short pieces, “A Nice Breeze” and “Behind the Barracks,” by Salzedo. Miss Ruth T. Beals and Mrs. Jane Johnson Burroughs will sing duet arrangements of “Home to Our Mountains,” by Verdi; “Ets Kayin,” a traditional song, and “Quis est homo,” from Stabat Mater, by Rossini. Mrs. Burroughs and Miss Beals are alumnae members.
