Claud Bagley, Hammond, was named first vice president and Earl C. Bucher, Huntington, second vice president. Ivan E. Cooprider, Indianapolis, was. re-elected secretarytreasurer. Discussions of public housing and private - home ~ financing problems accupied members during the morning session, in addition to the election of officers. Harold T. Donaldson, vice president of the Union Building & Loan Association, Lansing, Mich, and Fred T. Greene, Indianapolis, president of the Federal Home Loan Bank, addressed the league at a noon luncheon. . Arthur M. Weimer, dean of the School of Business Administration at Indiana oniversiy led the discussion this morning with a talk on “Trends in Public Housing and Private Home Financing.” George T. Wheldon, estate appraiser of the Home Owners Loan Corp., talked on {‘Sound Appraising” and G.
