The Citizens’ Housing Committee's drive for slum rclearance here was pushed today as plans for a general committee meeting Sept. 20 and a conference of housing pleted. Carl Monsees, Chicago, field service division chief of the National Association of Housing Officials, will address the committee meeting on the work of the Federal sium clearance program in Indiana at 8 p. m. at the Central Y. W. C.
