ASHINGTON, Aug. 4 (U. P.)—Naval officials received a report today of a snow storm inside a plane while: the sun shone at 9000 feet. fet The crew of one of the Navy's giant PBY-3/patrol hombers took off one day last week from its Seattle, Wash., base on a routine: training flight.
