Leach Pleads Guilty
James Leach, also of Evansville, who, was arrested yesterday, appeared before Judge Pro Tem. Sylvester T. De Forest in Warrick Circuit Court and pleaded guilty. to the rioting charge. He paid a fine of $25 and costs of $13. He was also given a suspended . sentence . of three months in the County jail. Mr, Barclay today held warrants for Bernard Frisby of Millersburg - and Ira Allgood .and James Harold Work, both of ‘Evansville, "but had been unable to serve them. He sdid he expected to arrest these men today.
