P.).—The presidency of the extremist New Zionist Organization, claiming to represent 750.000 Jews, issued a formal statement today threatening armed resistance against Great Britain to assure that Palestine will “remain open to millions forced out of the European hell.” Prime Minister Chamberlain announced in the House of Commons that the British policy in Palestine would he debated next Monday and Tuesday on a motion asking Parliameni to approve the Government's program. The regular Zionists three-point program of organized resistance to the British Government’s plans to make Palestine an Arah-dominated state, The plan provides: 1. Nonco-operation with the British plan. Jews would refuse to serve on governing bodies in which thev would be outnumbered by Arabs 2. A political campaign designed to influence the British Government to change its plan. First there would be a debate in the House of Commons here.
