A hearing on the case two weeks ago was interrupted by the question of the Commission’s jurisdiction because of the receivership pending in Superior Court. The Commission set May 25 for resumption of the hearing at Greencastle where a group of patrons is protesting abandonment, In fixing the hearing date the Commission automatically waived the question of jurisdiction.
