Studies Resolution to Pay Off Bonds Delinquent Through Shortage.

A resolution authorizing the City Controller to issue certificates of indebtedness to holders of delinquent Barrett Law bonds was taken under advisement by the Works Board today The measure would prepare the wav for the liquidation o fthe Indianapolis Barrett Law fund shortage which has been estimated at $200,000. It was submitted to the board bv Edward H. Knight, City Corporation Counsel. The certificates would constitute payment to the bond holders and would probably be retired out of a James E. Deery, City
