termining the future policy of the United States in regard to neutrality, according to Poor's Investment Advisory Service. Political expediency is of some importance, as is national sentiment, but the desire to sell goods in foreign markets is likely to be a major factor in shaping this nation's foreign policies. This is particularly true, the authority holds, because the type of foreign trade which would thrive most during wartime would be exports of agricultural cemmodities, our most overstocked industry. = = = Gasoline stocks held by the refining industry increased moderately! in the week ended April 15 afver.¢ two weeks of decline, according to!
