Mr. Robinson states that his father and grandfather transferred their rights in John Robinson's 10 big shows to the defendants on March 6, 1916, for $40,000. This, he said, was under its value, but the sale agreement was predicated by a clause saying the properties were to be sold back to the seller for the same amount if the defendants ever decided to put them on the market, He says he lost properties and good will worth $500,000 and suse tained additional losses of not less than $500,000.
