SUGGESTS DOCTORS = USE JURY LANGUAGE

Lawyers should insist that doctors, testifying in legal proceedings, use terms which the jurors can understand, Thomas D. Stevenson, said before the Indianapolis Bar Association meeting yesterday at the Hotel Washington. Speaking on “Preparation for Trial,” Mr. Stevenson said that too often doctors are inclined to use technical terms and medical phrase-| ology that mean little to the jury| and court. He stressed the importance of law-| yers “digging out” every available fact connected with the case. «I suggested that you set about Building up the other fellow’s case Sand then see how many holes you soan punch in it,” he said.

The driver was Russ R. Reading of Irvington. Mr. Reading’s mission was to drive to the airport, pick up the print of Loew’s current picture, “Stagecoach,” and delivered it down town. The coach started from 22d and Illinois Sts. when the plane with the film was somewhere west of St. Louis. They made beautiful connections two hours later. Stagecoaches traversed the Na-
