No Mail Delivery Feb. 22—Adolph Seidensticker, Indianapolis postmaster, said today that nearly all departments of the Postoffice will be closed Washington’s birthday anniversary, Feb. 22. No delivery of mail will be made by regular carriers, but the parcel post. window will ‘be open from 8 a. m. to 10] P. m. and the general delivery window from 8 a. m. to noon. Special delivery and parcels of perishables will be delivered, he said.
