Weir, of the National Recreation Association, is expected in Indianapolis this week in an effort to further the proposal to establish a $10,000,000 National Recreation Foundation. -. -He will confer with Indianapolis attorneys who are instrumental in drawing wills for persons desiring to give property to charitable purposes. Arthur Turner of Franklin College won first in the state meet in the men’s division while Barbara Barnhart of the host school placed first in the women’s division. Leuis C.
