Ceremony Is Performed At 11:30 A. M. Today In Columbia Club.
Miss Phyllis Weiss, daughter of|A Mr. and Mrs. George J. Weiss, became the bride of Jack L. Efroymson, son of Meyer Efroymson Sr., in a ceremony at 11:30 a. m. today in the Harrison Room of the Columbia Club. Rabbi Morris M. Feuerlicht officiated. The ceremony was fread before an altar banked with smilax and cibotium and lighted by a 15branch candelabrum. Miss Weiss, who was given in marriage by her father, wore an off-white satin gown fitted a little below the waist and gathered in the back into a full skirt and long train. Short puffs covered long fitted sleeves which ended in a point over the wrist. Her fingertip veil fell from a cap of tulle. ‘ She also wore a diamond pin surrounded by pearls, which was left by Mr. Efroymson’s grandmother
for his fiancee.

Miss Hortense Weiss was her sister's maid-of-honor, and Miss Joan Weiss, another sister was bridesmaid. . Charles Efroymson, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Miss Hortense was gowned in ice blue satin fashioned with an offshoulder neckline and puff sleeves. Miss Joan’s dress Was cerise satin made along similar lines, and Ror hat was blue and cerise veilng Pasquale Montdni, harpist, played a program of bridal airs before the ceremony and during the service.
Breakfast at Club
Mrs. Weiss wore a black gown trimmed with white beading on the collar and pockets. Her corsage was of orchids. A breakfast was served in the Columbia Club after the ceremony. The couple will be at home after Feb. 27 at 1 E. 36th St. They will travel to Florida and board a plane for Havana. j Miss Weiss studied at Marjorie Webster School in Washington. Mr. Efroymson was a student at the University of Michigan, where he was a member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity.
