Bredell, Indiana Law School iastructor, said last night. He spoke to the Indianapolis Chapter of Chartered Life Underwriters at a‘ dinner meeting at Meridian Hills Country Club. Many [businesses could accomplish substantial saving by,abandoning the corporate form of business,” he said, ‘but such changes must 2e undertaken cautiously.” He pointed out that an aid in solving the problem would be the use of business life insurance.

2 DIE AT LA PORTE OF HEART ATTACKS

LA PORTE, Jan. 24. (U. P.).--After investigating - circumstances surrounding the unusual deaths of two persons, Coroner Daniel G. Bernoske today said both victims died of heart attacks.

Axel Palm, 62, a confectioner, died at the wheel of his automobile while driving with his wife. His last act was to disengage the gears and pull the emergency brake. Harvey Haradon, 59, was found

frozen on a city street. Officers said he died from a heart attack. _
