The Lawyers’ Association of Indianapolis today had under consideration a suggestion for estab-
lishment of a definite schedule of minimum fees to be charged by local attorneys. The suggestion was made by Fred E. Shick, following his installation as president of the association yes-
He also proposed appointment of a committee to promote more favorable public relations and urged that pre-trial conferences be instituted by the county courts.
