An 3. for Mrs. Lina Heiden, Bloomingdale, Ill.; Mrs. Louise Achner, Pfaffenhofen, and Anna Bergdolt and George Bergdolt, both of Chicago, filed suit in Circuit Court against the Continental Illinois National Bank, executor, charging that the bequest is against public policy because -it might be involved in a dispute over the national boundaries of Germany and France.

Mr. Bergdolt earned his money in the bakery business and retired several years ago. He died from inuries suffered in an auto accident. He left $1500 to Anna Bergdolt, $1000 to each of his other sisters and $5 to his brother, George. He left the rest of his estate to Pfaffenhofen in trust for 100 years With
