SMASHES CONCRETE VAULT, GETS $350
A burglar chopped a hole through _ a cement vault at the Hoosier Cadillac Co., 2330 N. Meridian St., early today and stole $350, according to police. : e C. M. Hammond, 5351 Washington Blvd., company president, said that the thief apparently entered through a coal chute and used the company’s tools to smash open the vault. The loss is covered by insurance, he said.
