Traders Point Hunt Ladies to Have Busy Recess Before Ball
They'll Lacquer and Powder and Don Wigs of White, for Gay Event at I. A. C. Tonight; Private Dinner Groups Formed.
By VIRGINIA MOORHEAD MANNON The feminine members of the Traders Point Hunt have a hard day ahead. ... . After several hours in the saddle at the customary Saturday afternoon drag hunt, toward dusk they'll be _ dashing to beauty shops for the thin coating of lacquer ~ and light dusting of powder requisite for the sculptured white: coiffures which are to be a glamorous feature of this evening’s “Bal Roudre.” Then home to don dazzling white gowns and on to dinner parties before the annual hunt ball at 11 o'clock at the Indianapolis Athletic Club.
A “Bal Poudre” was the entertainment committee's choice this
