The first of 3000 petitions to Congress and President Roosevelt were returned to state headquarters today, Mr. Fillion also announced. These petitions request a revision of the Wagner Act to provide: 1. Equal rights with a fair and

That employers, employees and their families be fully protected in all labor situations against coer-. icion or intimidation from any 'source. 3.
