A “good citizen” received the praise of Municipal Judge Charles J. Karabell today for helping apprehend an alleged drunken driver. Curtis Isaacs of 1229 Martin St, a serious, light-haired youth, received the Judge's commendation, after he told how he caught Robert Clayborn, 23, of 337 S. Holmes Ave.. in an auto chase through southeast Indianapolis Saturday night. Mr. Isaacs said he was seated In his parked car when Clayborn passed and struck another parked

Farm Hand Killed
George Essex, 25, a farm hand, was killed Saturday night near Homestead when he was struck by a hit and run driver. Abraham Klinger, 76, died today at Noblesville from injuries received when he was struck by a car driven by Earl Nesbitt. Henry Sample, 76, died after he was struck by a car near Rockport, allegedly driven by Dr. Joseph Heberer of Evansville. Dr. Heberer was bound over to the Grand Jury on a manslaughter charge. Harry Dennius, 61, of Anderson, was injured fatally in Anderson when he was struck by a car driven by Wayne Davis, also of Anderson.

Three Others Kill Killed in State Accidents
Three other Indiana residents met violent deaths over the week-
end. Following burns received when a gas stove exploded, Mrs. Edward Holzbacher, 58, of Sunman, died yesterday in a hospital. Her husband was burned in the same explosion. In hunting accidents, William Sterling, 43, of Winchester, was killed when a shotgun in the hands of his brother Jesse accidentally discharged as he stumbled, and Archie Williamson, Ridgeville, was injured fatally when a shotgun discharged accidentally near the home of his parents.
