Veteran Cited For Bravery Enters Guilty Plea on Fraud Charge.

DAYTON, O, Nov. 11 (U. P.).— Carl W. Brockaway, Nashville, Tenn., holder of the Croix de Guerre and Distinguished Service Cross, was under sentence today to two years in Atlanta Federal Penitentiary. Federal Judge Robert R. Nevin imposed the prison term after Brockaway had pleaded guilty to a charge of attempting to defraud the Arcanum National Bank of Arcanum, O. Mr. and Mrs, James Hamilton, Nashville, codefendants, pleaded not guilty. : The three were charged with obtaining $5000 from the bank through

false representation. Restitution was said to have been made.
