Surgeon Describes Treatment as Success in Halting of Hemorrhages. PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 4 (U. P.).
—The newly-discovered Vitamin K already has saved many lives by

nual International Medical Assembly of the Inter-State Postgraduate
Medical Association of North America was told today. Dr. Walthman Walters, professor of surgery at the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic, described the treatment for the first time before 4000 physicians and surgeons. Every time Yeotes hires a good waitress, the little rascal throws a “love dart” at her and she leaves to get married. In-the past five years, 17 girls have left him to become brides. “1 should make good running a marriage bureau,” he commented.
