WIDOW'S DEATH HELD ACCIDENT

Heart Disease Killed Rich Oklahoma Woman, Jury Is Informed.

: CHICAGO, Sept. 2 (U.P)—A coroner's jury today had decided that Mrs. Katherine M. Miskell, widow of a wealthy Tulsa, Okla., oil .operator, died accidentally. She was 51. Mrs. Miskell was found dead under mysterious circumstances Aug. 12 in a North Side apartment. The jury reached a speedy verdict after hearing the report of Dr. S. A. Levinson, Coroner’s physician, who said his chemical analysis revealed there was nothing that would

- ‘have induced death. He said he believed death resulted from heart disease. ~The inquest had been continued from Aug. 13 when Miss Monia Smith, Mrs. Miskell’s traveling com-

panion, testified that at one ume! A\TTERBURY KIN

the dead woman had been a heavy drinker, but that she had not been drinking recently. Miss Smith had testified she knew of no reason why Mrs. Miskell should take her own life. Mrs. Miskell had been left an estate valued at between a half million and one million dollars when

| her husband, Patrick Michael Mis-

kell, died Dec. 25, 1935. After his death, Mrs. Miskell began traveling and a year ago took an apartment here.
