Lucille Yates, 27, of 15 N. Keystone Ave, was recovering today from a head injury received when she was pushed into Willard Park swimming pool by an unidentified boy. Miss Vates, who was treated at the City Hospital, struck her head on a drain pipe. She had received a similar head injury in an auto accident some months ago.
Ten-year-old Donald Hayes, 1034 W. 27th St, was treated at City Hospital after he had been struck at 27th and Clifton Sts, by a hit-and-run bicyclist.
About 24 Indianapolis Boy Scouts and Sea Scouts are to set out from here July 2 for the Smoky Mountain National Park on an eight-day tour sponsored by the Rev. R. M, Millard, pastor of the Broadway M E. Church. The trip is to be directed by F. T. Cretors, scoutmaster of Troop 21 at Broadway.
