WASHINGTON, July 13 (U. P) Attorney General Homer Cummings announced today he has selected sites for two new Federal prisons. He picked a site southwest of Ashland, Ky, for a new $1.400.000 Federal detention farm and jail and a site just west of Ft. Logan, Colo, near Englewood, for a $1,450,000 Rocky Mountain prison. Construction of the Kentucky institution will begin within the next
