1L.OS ANGELES, June 16 (U. P). —A $2000.000 Los Angeles corporation was formed today to manufacture a super-speed fighting plane carrying 17 machine guns. Capt. R. H. Martin, World War ace in the Royal Austrian Air Corps, is president of the firm, to be known as the Martin Aircraft Corp. Capt. Martin, now an American citizen, has designed a pursuit plane he would cruise at between 350 and 400 miles an hour. The 17 guns to be carried by each plane are 10 more than the most efficient pursuit ships now in use
